I describe Reiki as the energy of unconditional love – the highest vibration of energy there is. As a Reiki practitioner, I channel this pure, loving energy to assist others in connecting to their own inner wisdom and truth, by listening to their body, feeling their emotions and accessing their unconscious thought processes and beliefs.
We do this together in a gentle, non-judgmental approach which is both healing and enlightening. The high vibration of Reiki also allows for deep emotional release and clearing, if that is what is needed. Each Reiki practitioner has their own individual flare and gifts that they bring to their work. My focus is to help my clients return to the love within their own heart so that they may live from that place. With an open heart a person is able to hear their inner wisdom and make decisions from a place of self love.
